Kyle and I were torn at the beginning of the summer...should we renovate the kitchen or the upstairs bathroom. We were leaning towards the kitchen until we got the fantastic news that we were going to have visitors from Michigan in August. So we shifted gears knowing that finishing the bathroom would make more sense. Well, here are a few before and after shots of the bathroom......that was just completed in September. We absolutely love the finished product but are bummed that it wasn't completed in time for our visitors. Sorry Petersens!

Lovin' on Elmo
These little rides at the outlet mall were a lifesaver that afternoon. Notice the bear slippers Uncle Kyle bought for her that she had to wear right then and there......and it was 80+ degrees outside!
Silly face before bed--and still wearing her new slippers
Kyle and I had a few awesome visitors this past week. My sister Stephanie, brother-in-law JP and niece Sophia drove out to spent the week with us. Of course all I did was take pictures of Sophia. Here are a few of my favorites (all from my cell phone so a couple of them look a little grainy).
8lbs, 21in--born via C-section at 6:08am on 6/8/10
My little brother Jason - the proud papa - with Rylee
Our other niece Sophia is not too sure about Rylee yet (with my sister Steph and brother J).
Grandma Keller with precious little Rylee
My brother Jason and his wife Lindsey had a baby girl early this morning, Rylee Jean Keller. So far, I haven't been sent any pictures with Lindsey in them but as soon as I do I'll update the blog again. Mom and daughter are doing well and I can't wait to fly out to Kalamazoo in a few short weeks to hold baby Rylee.
